Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred; healthcare certifications helpful.
• Experience in customer service or patient financial services is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient demographics and input into EHR accurately.
• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments as needed.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and verify eligibility/benefits.
