MainStreet Family Care is seeking a Frontline Support Team Specialist at our Birmingham, AL headquarters. This in-office role supports patients and staff with registration, check-in, insurance verification, and billing, delivering compassionate, efficient service in a fast-paced clinic environment.

You will work on a rotating schedule, have opportunities for growth, and receive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of professional office or customer service experience.
• Tech-savvy and confident using computers and multiple programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Kiosk Assistance: guide patients through registration and check-in at kiosks in waiting rooms.
• Insurance Eligibility Verification: confirm coverage and determine co-payments before arrival.
• Follow-Up Support: answer inquiries with kindness, triage to the correct department.
• Billing Support: assist with payments, refunds, and post-visit account questions.
• Utilize internal ticketing portal to manage requests and stay organized.
