MainStreet Family Care is seeking a Medical Records Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle team at the Birmingham, AL headquarters. This on-site role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work independently, and eager to grow within a professional healthcare organization.

Responsibilities include processing medical record requests from insurers and stakeholders, updating pay-to addresses, saving and organizing EOBs and ERAs, supporting claims resolution, and

• Previous experience in a medical office, billing, or records environment is not required—you will train the right person.

• Manage insurance correspondence by updating pay-to addresses to ensure payments are directed to MainStreet HQ rather than clinic locations.
• Save, upload, and maintain Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) in the correct systems.
• Support claims resolution and payment posting teams to ensure clean revenue cycle workflows.
• Provide exceptional internal customer service to clinic and billing partners.

We are seeking aMedical Records Specialistto join our Revenue Cycle team at our Birmingham headquarters. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work independently, and eager to grow within a professional healthcare organization.

The Opportunity

• Process medical record requests from insurance companies and authorized stakeholders with accuracy and urgency
