Responsibilities

• Register or pre-register patients for admission, partial hospitalization, and outpatient services.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations or referrals.
• Coordinate with scheduling to reschedule procedures when needed and collect deposits.
• Maintain and update the schedule for cancellations and changes in real time.
