Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration across access points including ED, main registration, and admitting.
• Verify demographics, insurance eligibility, and collect and document information in the EHR.
• Support scheduling, appointments, and timely access to care.
• Communicate with patients about financial responsibilities and collect payments when appropriate.
• Identify and escalate routine discrepancies in registration, insurance, or encounter data.
• Provide patient-facing support via phone and other approved channels.
