Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state forms (HIPAA, etc.) and patient rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide registration experience for hospital personnel, patients and families.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect amounts due at point of service.
• Educate patients on rights and responsibilities as a hospital patient.
• Support cross-functional registration processes and attend mandatory trainings.
