Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and collect demographics and insurance information.
• Verify benefits and insurance eligibility for patient encounters.
• Assist with referrals, authorizations, and scheduling as per department procedures.
• Ensure data accuracy for enrollment and claims processing and maintain chart integrity.
• Provide friendly, respectful service and collaborate with other departments to ensure patient satisfaction.
