Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of directly relevant experience required.
• Licensure: none.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and completing registration and check-in processes.
• Verifying demographic information, insurance coverage, and required documentation.
• Collecting patient signatures and ensuring records are complete and accurate.
• Assisting patients with financial assistance resources and navigating application processes.
• Supporting scheduled appointments as well as walk-in services including labs, imaging, EKGs, and other outpatient services.
• Responding to departmental communications, workflow updates, and system changes.
