Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and on time, including co-pay collection and insurance verification.
• Answer and screen telephone calls; re-route patients for needed care.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments; obtain relevant diagnostic test results.
• Complete chart documentation in the EMR and assist with pre-authorizations as appropriate.
