Job summary

Advocate Health, based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking staff to support the Enterprise Revenue Cycle – National Service Line: Oncology, with full-time, 40-hour weeks. • Manages patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, collection and cash receipting, arrival/departure desk activities per standards and guidelines.
• Encourages patient use of front-end technology during the registration process.
• Enters and maintains confidential patient information including insurance, billing, and payment data.
• Assists billing functions or directs to the appropriate billing office.
• Demonstrates proficiency with emergency codes and applicable regulations.
• Monitors inventory and stock medications, narcotics, and emergency medications/equipment.
