Job summary

Northwest Medical Center is seeking a full-time Registration Associate to greet patients, collect registration data, verify insurance, determine patient estimates, and initiate financial counseling. You will contribute to a seamless patient access experience across ED, Outpatient, and Surgery areas.

The role requires strong customer service, Excel/Outlook skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior healthcare scheduling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of scheduling, administrative support, or clerical experience (healthcare or service operations preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Register patients presenting to Northwest Medical Center and collect required information.
• Verify insurance at point of service and calculate patient estimates.
• Collect payments and receipts; complete data for financial services.
