• Collect insurance copays and deductibles and process payments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and medical necessity as part of registration.
• Communicate with patients, family, and staff with courtesy and discretion.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper data handling in all processes.
• Assist in coordinating data flow between departments and insurers.
