Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers patients in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Collects, verifies, and enters patient demographic, insurance, and identification information.
• Researches and resolves missing or inaccurate patient or insurance data.
• Explains payment collection policies and financial expectations to patients.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and complies with HIPAA guidelines.
• Provides excellent customer service while supporting patient flow and departmental efficiency.
