Responsibilities

• Greet patients and explain services, using AIDET standards and providing duration information.
• Verify insurance, collect co-pays/coinsurance, and confirm eligibility.
• Screen uninsured patients and refer for charity counseling when appropriate.
• Pre-register and register patients with accurate demographics and insurance details.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams to ensure order quality and smooth handoffs.
