Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of relatable work experience.
• Education: High School Diploma or higher; degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in management, administrative, clerical, insurance, billing, claims, call center, or customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review patient eligibility and payer guidelines prior to service delivery.
• Communicate with patients about financial responsibilities and collect payments when applicable.
• Coordinate with referral sources, physicians, and clinical teams to obtain complete documentation.
• Navigate multiple EMR and online systems to manage documentation.
• Enter referrals within established timeframes while maintaining productivity and quality.
• Assist in coordinating with leadership to ensure appropriate inventory and services are scheduled.
