Qualifications

• One year of relatable work experience is required.
• High School Diploma or Associate’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in admin, billing, claims, call center, or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and clinical documentation to determine readiness and eligibility.
• Communicate with patients about financial responsibility and collect payments when applicable.
• Coordinate with providers, referral sources, and internal teams to obtain complete documentation.
• Navigate payer requirements to ensure compliant intake and service initiation.
• Enter referrals and maintain accurate, timely records in electronic systems.
• Support operations by following policies and participating in on-call rotations.
