Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect co-pays/deductibles at time of service.
• Verify and update demographic and insurance information in the system.
• Answer phones courteously and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Identify uninsured/underinsured patients and refer to the Financial Counselor.
• Review patient accounts for prior liabilities and ensure accurate documentation.
• Travel between sites may be required based on department needs.
