Shift is Monday through Thursday 7:00 am–4:30 pm and Friday 7:00 am–1:00 pm, with responsibility for ensuring compliance and excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a hospital or customer service setting.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient typing and keyboarding skills.

Responsabilités

• Schedules patient appointments accurately in the scheduling system.
• Verifies demographics, insurance and financial information from patients or guarantors.
• Ensures medical necessity and compliance data are collected and documented.
• Posts payments and provides patient receipts in the system.
• Communicates professionally with patients, families, and care teams.
