Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, direct them, and provide information using AIDET principles.
• Register patients accurately and obtain necessary documentation and consents.
• Verify insurance/financial information and ensure accurate reporting and billing.
• Collect patient cost sharing amounts and balance cash drawer at shift end.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments to expedite access to care and minimize no-shows.
