Responsibilities

• Registers patients accurately and efficiently.

• Maintains service excellence for face-to-face and telephonic encounters.
• Complies with state and federal regulations including EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO.
• Ensures completion of required patient consent forms and maintains HIPAA privacy.
