Christian Hospital Northwest is seeking a Patient Access Representative II for the Sleep Lab to join our team. This full-time, on-site role involves registering and scheduling patients, verifying insurance, and communicating financial responsibilities to patients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in patient access, a High School Diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred), and strong attention to detail with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in patient access or related field.
• Must understand HIPAA and patient privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule in multiple systems; verify demographics and insurance.
• Explain financial responsibilities; collect patient payments when applicable.
• Understand and enforce HIPAA, MSP, and patient rights requirements.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate clearly with patients and staff.
