Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Register and admit patients across multiple service areas to maximize reimbursement.
• Verify insurance and collect non-covered fees at check-in.
• Obtain consent, IDs, and insurance information; coordinate with care teams.
• Schedule tests and coordinate with offsite locations when needed.
• Provide premier customer service and assist with patient inquiries.
• Maintain accurate data in hospital systems and meet privacy standards.
