Job summary

Responsibilities include accurate benefit verification, pre-registration when needed, HIPAA compliance, and maintaining strong communication with clinical partners. Travel to other locations is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance information to ensure accuracy.
• Explain all essential forms and collect patient responsibility or balances at the point of service.
• Verify benefits, determine financial responsibility, and create estimates when applicable.
• Collaborate with clinical partners and cross-train with other registration functions as needed.
• Support the Patient Financial Services department and travel to other locations as required.
