Job summary

You'll coordinate with clinical partners, explain forms, collect balances, and support the Patient Financial Services team as needed. Travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience and customer service experience preferred.
• Must understand medical office or Call Center workflows.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify insurance benefits.
• Explain forms and collect patient responsibility at point of service.
• Verify demographics, insurance, PCP/referring physician details.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and secure confidential information.
• Collaborate with clinical partners to ensure smooth patient access.
