Responsibilities

• Register patients onsite and verify insurance details.
• Assist with scheduling, check-in/out, and documentation.
• Collect copays and outstanding balances, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient charts in the EHR system.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
• Support ongoing staff training and process improvements.
