UNITEHEREHEALTH is seeking a Patient Access Representative in Las Vegas, NV to be the first contact for patients via our call center. You will deliver a 5-star customer service experience, schedule appointments, verify eligibility, and coordinate with providers and clinics.

The role requires 3–5 years in scheduling within a healthcare setting, proficiency with call center software, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct scheduling experience in a high-volume call center.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Experience using call center software and working in a high-volume call center.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients via call center.
• Provide 5-star customer service and assist with scheduling, eligibility, and referrals.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments with accuracy of date, time, and location.
• Assist with medical records and confidentiality protocols.
• Escalate urgent or unresolved issues per protocols.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff and patients.
