Responsibilities

• Pre-register and financially clear patients scheduled for services prior to the date of service.
• Demographic verification, insurance eligibility, estimate creation, and balance review.
• Educate patients on insurance benefits, financial liability and patient estimates.
• Provide clear communication and support to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Handle inquiries and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Follow organizational policies and complete required trainings.
