Job summary

Keenova is seeking an Access and Reimbursement Manager to lead treatment access across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois and neighboring markets. The role drives pull-through, payer engagement and collaboration with Patient Service Centres to expedite patient starts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in specialty pharma or access roles, deep payer knowledge, and strong leadership. You will educate HCP offices, coordinate with pharmacies, and travel up to 60% to support providers and patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience with specialty pharma products or 2+ years in access roles.
• Experience in Ophthalmology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Neurology or Dermatology preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial and government payer design.
• Background in Access & Reimbursement, Payer account management, and Patient Services.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills; willing to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead case pull-through by coordinating with Patient Service Centre and pharmacies.
• Identify payer trends and develop tactical plans to improve treatment access.
• Educate and support prescribing offices on authorization processes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Specialty Pharmacies to expedite start of therapy.
