Keenova is seeking an Access and Reimbursement Manager for the Minneapolis area to lead pull-through for open cases, collaborate with prescribers, pharmacies, and patient services, and optimize treatment access from start to finish.

The role emphasizes navigating regulatory and payer processes, developing strategic plans, and mentoring teams to move cases forward in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years' experience with specialty pharmaceutical products or 2 years' access-related position outside pharma.
• Experience in Ophthalmology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Neurology, or Dermatology is preferred.

Mansioni

• Strong understanding of insurance and benefit design with commercial and government payers.
• Background in Access & Reimbursement, Payer account management, Specialty Pharmacy distribution, Patient Services, Case Management.
• Navigate complex authorization processes for specialty medications.
• Design case-specific strategies with Patient Service Center based on payer mix, benefit design, and authorization requirements.
• Coordinate case pull-through with Patient Service Center, Case Managers, Sales, and Specialty Pharmacies.
• Support and educate HCP offices to streamline the authorization process and expedite treatment access.
• Communicate with SPs to improve processing time and shipment scheduling.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Travel up to 60% with overnights depending on geography.
