Job summary

Keenova Therapeutics plc is seeking an Access and Reimbursement Manager to lead patient access initiatives across the N Illinois/Wisconsin/Minneapolis territory. You will drive pull-through with prescribing offices, pharmacies, and patient services to expedite treatment starts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in specialty pharma or 2+ years in access roles, a strong grasp of payer designs (commercial and government), and the ability to travel up to 60% to support field activities and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in specialty pharma or 2 years in access roles.
• Strong understanding of insurance and government payers.
• Experience with authorization processes for specialty medications.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead pull-through of cases by coordinating with prescribers, pharmacies and Patient Service Center.
• Develop case-specific strategies based on payer design and authorization requirements.
• Coordinate case pull-through with Patient Service Center, Case Managers, Sales and SPs.
• Educate HCP offices on best practices to streamline authorization and access.
• Improve processing time and facilitate shipment scheduling.
