Job summary

Piedmont Health Services Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager of Patient Access to oversee the Scheduling Hub across multiple locations. The role reports to the Manager of Patient Access and focuses on daily operations, staff management, and ensuring patient access efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in clinic management, supervisory experience, and a track record of improving access workflows while ensuring compliance with policies and HR standards.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of equivalent management experience within a clinic or health care practice.
• BS or BA in related field with 3-5 years of supervisory experience within a clinic or health care practice.
• Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred with prior experience leading advanced improvement and quality initiatives and health care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling staff and monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure quality customer service and efficient patient access workflows.
• Coordinate staff training and coaching opportunities.
• Support compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and deliver training programs and process improvements.
