Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Six years of progressively responsible healthcare experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and develop staff and teams.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Experience with data entry, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations.
• Ability to analyze data and implement action plans.
• Knowledge of policies, procedures, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front-end service access operations (scheduling, registration, check-in/out).
• Provide direct supervision and leadership to service access staff (hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling).
• Plan daily staffing assignments and workflows for efficient clinic operations.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative teams to resolve access and scheduling issues.
• Monitor performance via data and reports; identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain workflows, policies, and procedures for efficient operations.
• Address patient and visitor concerns while upholding high customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and financial controls.
• Participate in budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Represent the clinic with internal and external partners; participate in committees.
