Job summary

Piedmont Health Services, Inc. in North Carolina seeks an Assistant Manager of Patient Access to support the Patient Scheduling Hub across multiple locations. This full-time role oversees scheduling staff, monitors performance metrics, and helps maintain high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff training, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements to enhance patient access and satisfaction. Eligible candidates with internal experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of equivalent management experience within a clinic or health care practice.
• BS/BA in related field with 3-5 years of supervisory experience within a clinic or health care practice.
• Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Patient Scheduling Hub across multiple locations.
• Supervise scheduling staff, monitor performance metrics, and ensure quality customer service.
• Coordinate staff training and coaching opportunities, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements that enhance patient access and satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver training programs and support site management in achieving department goals.
