Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher-level degree may satisfy this requirement.
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Health Administration or related field preferred.
• Two years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree; five years with a HiL School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Educates assigned clinical departments on Patient Access operations and revenue generation.
• Develops and implements procedures to optimize revenue generation and trains staff.
• Manages team projects and participates in department initiatives and leadership meetings.
• Oversees patient registration and point of service collections for assigned departments.
• Participates in staff recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Collaborates on analyses, audits, reporting, and workflow studies to optimize revenue.
• Liaises between Patient Access and clinical departments and supports senior leadership.
• Contributes to standard registration processes across the system.
