Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate clinic/department operations to optimize patient flow and staffing.
• Direct and coordinate scheduling, check-in/out, and financial services in the clinic.
• Participate on committees to improve processes and outcomes.
• Represent the clinic to internal and external groups.
• Plan work for front-end staff and ensure adequate staffing and space.
• Train new personnel and promote staff development.
• Enforce HIPAA and other compliance; manage payroll records and time reports.
• Prepare and monitor the department budget; identify cost savings.
