Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Patient Access operations including scheduling, registration, and admissions.
• Oversee interpreter services and emergency access.
• Monitor KPIs, assist with hiring, onboarding, and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with cash-handling controls and timekeeping policies.
• Collaborate with HR on corrective actions and performance documentation.
