Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identification and update demographic and financial information.
• Interact with multiple software systems to determine payer information and collect copays.
• Balance cash and process payments following standards.
• Support compliance with EMTALA, NSA, and related regulations.
• Register patients across ED, Urgent Care, and outpatient services.
