Responsibilities

• Plan, educate, organize, and coordinate all registration activities.
• Maintain all Patient Access policies and procedures.
• Maintain job descriptions and standards for registration personnel.
• Implement and control registration procedures.
• Coordinate with nursing/medical staff to meet Patient Access needs.
• Ensure accurate completion of forms related to preadmission, admission, registration, financial counseling and scheduling.
