Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year previous supervisor or leadership experience required.
• Certification in Healthcare Access Management (CHAM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across multiple hospital sites and ensure accurate data entry.
• Oversee daily operations, staff performance, and compliance with standards.
• Develop and enforce department policies and patient access protocols.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle to obtain authorizations and notifications; support service collections.
