The ideal candidate brings at least five years in customer service with leadership experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of customer service experience.
  • Experience leading a group of employees, mentoring and training.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, be detail oriented, and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as shift supervisor for day-to-day Patient Access Operations.
  • Coordinate staffing and operations for registration and scheduling areas.
  • Provide guidance for ACCESS team members and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Perform performance appraisals and address staff issues as needed.
  • Provide analysis and troubleshooting to support operations.
