Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care or related field is required.
• Progressive leadership experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficient problem solving and decision making skills; ability to confront and resolve issues is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience with automated call center management and measurement for Access Managers overseeing contact centers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and monitors unit budgets to achieve targets.
• Recruits and retains staff according to HR plan.
• Develops systems for use of hospital resources.
• Defines and advances scheduling and registration support processes.
• Ensures staff training to optimise operations.
• Monitors patient satisfaction and takes action based on feedback.
