Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year in a Customer Service role.
• 0–1 year administrative experience in medical facility, health insurance, or related area preferred.
• Some college coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients per standards, register at date of service, and explain forms.
• Educate patients on financial liabilities and collect payments per policy.
• Obtain insurance verification, authorizations, and coordinate post-discharge care as needed.
