Forefront Dermatology in Marinette, WI, is seeking a Team Lead (Clinic Supervisor) to partner with clinic physician leadership and create a winning culture for staff, excellent clinic operations, and outstanding patient experiences. The role involves on-site leadership, managing daily operations, and travel to satellite locations as needed.

The essential functions include optimizing efficiency, budgeting, staff management, recruitment, performance coaching, and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum post-high-school education in a medical support field (e.g., Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN) required.
• Must hold current certification/licensure and maintain it throughout employment.
• Must be able to travel as needed; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes clinic and team efficiency, productivity and teamwork.
• Manages clinic operations including budget and staffing.
• Assists with employee recruitment, selection, and hiring.
• Assists with managing staff performance.
• Provides regular updates to Regional Clinic Manager.
• Ensures all phone messages, faxes, and interdepartmental mail are addressed immediately.
• Responsible for attaining prior authorizations and maintaining a system to track from start to finish.
• Provides and supervises new employee orientation.
• Provides CLIA training (where applicable).
• Acts as a role model and subject matter expert for policies and procedures set in place by management.
• Responsible for Clinical Assistant and Receptionist duties as needed.
