Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Patient Access Operations team and oversee registration and scheduling workflows.
• Coach and develop colleagues, resolve escalated concerns, and improve daily processes.
• Provide guidance on staffing, priorities, and performance to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
