Qualifications

• Three years of work experience in the discipline demonstrating requisite knowledge/abilities.

Responsibilities

• Researches inquiries, complaints and requests by customers and resolves issues; communicates resolution to all interested parties.
• Monitors budget to control overtime and informs leadership of budgetary impact; develops and communicates guidelines and training materials for compliance.
• Schedules, supervises, audits and evaluates staff in financial counseling, insurance verification, referrals, training and other administrative tasks; ensures proper staffing and training.
