Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff and duties on their shift and maintain daily operation of patient access/pre-access areas.
• Assist in the training process for new and current employees.
• Coordinate lunches and/or breaks as needed.
• Act as a leader for their scheduled shift and ensure proper protocol is followed.
• Maintain patient and employee privacy and confidentiality.
• Enforce, follow and support all processes, policies and procedures and ensure staff are updated and trained when changes occur.
