Rome Health seeks a dynamic Front-End Operations Supervisor for Patient Access to lead registration, scheduling, and check-in across sites. You will mentor staff, optimize workflows, and ensure HIPAA compliance while aligning with organizational goals for service quality and financial performance.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a multi-site setting, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in patient access/intake.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Patient Access Advisors and staff.
• Oversee registration, admissions, scheduling, and check-in.
• Monitor workflows to reduce errors and delays.
• Coordinate with clinical departments to support timely patient care.
