The role includes handling pre- and post-care inquiries, scheduling, and maintaining accurate patient records.

The position requires strong data-entry skills, triage of calls, and the ability to work with Cerner EMR.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and triage department calls and document messages.
• Schedule patient appointments at JMH clinics.
• Review patient demographics and insurance information.
• Maintain accurate clinical records per hospital policy.
