Ascension Menasha is seeking an Administrative Specialist for the Float Pool in Menasha, WI. You will greet patients, manage check-in/out, verify demographics, and help create a welcoming experience.

You will obtain insurance authorizations, schedule appointments, process medical record requests, collect co-pays, submit charges daily, and reconcile reports to ensure revenue accuracy while providing general clerical support. This role supports smooth daily operations across the department.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, manage check in and check out processes, and verify demographic information to ensure a welcoming experience
• Obtain insurance authorizations, schedule appointments and process medical record requests to streamline patient access to care
• Collect co-payments, submit procedure charges daily and reconcile financial reports to maintain revenue accuracy
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations across the department
