Ascension Health in Menasha, WI is seeking a Medical Assistant to support a Float Pool. You will prepare exam rooms, interview patients, and document care records to aid clinical assessments.

You will assist physicians and nurses with treatments, manage calls, filing, and records, and coordinate supplies to uphold a safe, efficient clinic. Schedule includes Days and PRN variability at Ascension Menasha Midway.

Qualificações

• BLS Provider within 1 month (30 days) of hire, accepted by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Medical Assistant credentialed from approved organizations prior to hire date.
• One or more MA credentials accepted (AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA) or Registered Medical Assistant credentialed from ARMA accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare examination rooms, interview patients, measure vital signs and document care records.
• Assist physicians and RNs with treatments and procedures.
• Manage administrative tasks including phone inquiries, record keeping and filing.
• Coordinate inventory ordering and supply stocking to maintain a clean, safe environment.
